Put AI to work on the busywork
AI can draft quotes, answer the phone after hours, write review replies, and sort email. We find the jobs where it saves your team real time, set up the tools so your customer data stays private, and teach everyone to use them well.

The tasks worth handing to AI first, the tools to use, and what each one costs
Tools set up for your trade
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot, with starter prompts for the work you actually do
Automations that run on their own
Like an after-hours phone answerer, review-reply drafts, or quote drafts from a web form

Your staff practice on their own real tasks, not a slide deck
A one-page AI policy
What staff can and can’t put into AI tools, in plain English
How it runs

Questions
Is my customer data safe?
We use business plans that don’t train on your data, keep admin access in your name, and write down what should never go into an AI tool, like card numbers, health details, or passwords. We’ll also tell you when a task shouldn’t use AI at all.
What do the AI tools cost?
Most business plans run $20–25 per person a month, paid to the company that makes the tool. An AI phone answerer’s tool runs about $50–150 a month, on top of our $300/mo for upkeep and support. Your plan lists every cost before you buy anything.
Do AI drafts go straight to customers?
Not unless you want them to. We set up quotes, emails, and review replies as drafts a person checks before sending.
Will AI replace my staff?
The goal is taking the busywork off their plates, like first drafts, sorting, and after-hours answers, so they spend more time on customers.
