Questions
What does custom-built mean?
We write the code for your site instead of stacking a theme and plugins. You still get an editor for your text, photos, and hours. You just can’t break the layout or slow it down by accident.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. You change text, photos, hours, and services in an editor, and we train you on a call. Bigger layout changes come to us, either inside Care or at $125/hr.
What counts as an edit?
Edits are small changes: Text and wording, photos, hours and contact details, menu items, prices, and and services. New pages, layout redesigns, and new features are new work. We quote those or bill them at $125/hr.
What if you go out of business?
The site is yours once it’s paid for, and your domain is always in your name. We hand over the code with notes another developer can follow, and we help move it.
